Homeless man’s body found in Alberton North
According to a friend, he was ill and had pus-filled sores covering his skin.
A body was found on the corner of Louis Trichardt and Van Riebeeck streets in Alberton North on Thursday.
The deceased was a homeless man who passed away on the sidewalk, wrapped up in blankets, Alberton Record reported.
According to a friend, he was ill and had pus-filled sores covering his skin.
He said they contacted an ambulance yesterday, but the ambulance could not locate the man and left.
They also contacted the nearby police for help, but they said they were busy, and would not be able to attend to the situation.
