Five people, including a child, have been killed when a taxi driving towards Mozambique collided with a truck on the N4 road between Ngodwana and Elandshoe in Mpumalanga.
According to provincial department of safety and security spokesperson Joseph Mabuza, five people were confirmed dead and four people were seriously injured and four slightly injured on Tuesday. They were taken to Rob Ferreira Hospital, Lowvelder reported.
He said the deceased were two adult males, two adult females and one little girl aged between five or six years old.
The taxi was a Mozambican registered vehicle.
