A man died after he was stabbed in Hibberdene, KwaZulu-Natal.
Police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid said the elderly man and his wife were sitting at the beach when a man snatched their bag and ran off, South Coast Herald reported.
“The victim used his cellphone to try and call for help. The suspect then reappeared and stabbed the man in the neck before making off with his cellphone,” she said.
