Cameroon took a crucial 1-0 lead into the half-time break in their top-of-the-table Chan 2016 Group B match against DR Congo.
Yazid Atouba opened the scoring for the Indomitable Lions in the 40th minute, finishing off a good Cameroon move.
DR Congo appealed for a penalty on the stroke of half-time after Jean Marc Makusu fell inside the penalty area, but the referee waved play on.
