Biker flung into tree following crash

It seems the bike hit a tree, and the biker was flung into it.


The body of a 60-year-old biker was found in a tree on Monday morning after he was reported missing by his wife on Sunday.

Hartbeespoort Community Policing Forum spokesperson said: “The biker from Krugersdorp drove out to Hartbeespoort on Sunday and did not return home.”

“Passers-by noticed a motorcycle wreck along the Hartebeeshoek road on Monday morning and upon closer inspection, found the body, still wearing his helmet, wedged in a tree.”

It seems the bike hit a tree, and the biker was flung into it.

An inquest docket has been opened by the Hartbeespoort police.
