WATCH: Marriage proposal at Shoprite leaves cashier elated

A man recently surprised his girlfriend while grocery shopping at a Shoprite store with a marriage proposal and lightened up the place. In the video, the couple can be seen at a till paying for their food when the man gets down on one knee and asks his lady to spend the rest of her life with him.
The seemingly shocked woman says yes, after taking a moment to calm down as other customers gather around them and the cashiers scream in excitement for the couple, with some claiming the cashiers appeared to be more excited than the bride to be.

Though most congratulated the couple for their bold step, some criticised the guy for proposing with his headphones on.
