A clip appearing to show how easy it is to get over an electric fence is currently going viral on Facebook.
The video, posted on a page for private investigators and debt collectors Intelligence Bureau, shows CCTV footage of a man easily jumping over an electric fence after first testing it and, on apparently finding it armed, using what appears to be a wooden stick to push the fence up, allowing him enough space to jump through.
Responses to it included those who threatened anyone who tried it at their house with violence, to a few who questioned if it’s a good idea to “show criminals how it’s done”, to a man who responded: “Plot twist – This is his house. Just lost his keys at News Café and didn’t want to wake his wife when he got home.”
