Identity of man found dead at Zoo Lake confirmed
The man's body was discovered by members of the public in the late hours of Tuesday.
Edward Blonski had been missing since 24 June.
The body found near the Bowls Club in Zoo Lake has been confirmed by family members as that of Edward Blonski.
Missing since June 24 in Parkwood, his body was discovered by members of the public in the late hours of the evening on Tuesday, Rosebank Killarney Gazette reported.
“Our family wishes to sincerely thank every single person and association who helped us search far and wide in the last two weeks,” said Blonski’s cousin, Jacqueline Wijtenburg.
Police are investigating and will conduct an autopsy.
