Armed gang hits Centurion jewellery shop
Five men stormed a jewellery store carrying a hammer and smashed the display glass counter.

Five armed men robbed a NWJ jewellery store in Forest Hill Shopping Mall in Centurion on Monday.
Police spokesperson Bonginkosi Msimango said this happened at about 12am, Rekord Centurion reported.
“Five men stormed a jewellery store carrying a hammer and smashed the display glass counter, ” he said.
“They then stole an unknown amount of jewellery before running away from the scene.”
Msimango said no shots were fired and no injuries reported.
“A business robbery docket was opened for further investigation. No one has been arrested.”
