The world’s largest active volcano, Mauna Loa, in Hawaii, is erupting for the first time in nearly 40 years.
An ashfall advisory for Hawaii’s Big Island and surrounding waters has been issued.
Mauna Loa on the Big Island in the archipelago, began erupting late on Sunday, putting emergency crews on alert on Monday.
