WATCH: Nato ups Ukraine aid, says Putin using cold as ‘weapon’

Nato allies promised more arms for Kyiv and equipment to help restore Ukrainian power and heat knocked out by Russian missile and drone strikes.

Chief Jens Stoltenberg said Moscow was using the cold weather as ‘a weapon of war.’
