The October 31st holiday is an industry of its own in this picturesque corner of the Hudson River Valley. The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze is said to be coolest Halloween event in the United States with more than 7,000 glowing pumpkins
Some 7,000 carved gourds make up the impressive display, all carved by local artisans. Installations include the Statue of Liberty, a New York City streetscape and the Mona Lisa.
