Somizi took time out of his busy schedule to join Slaying With Asa as our guest. During the interview, he discussed the inspiration behind his business, its origins, and what he envisions for its future in the coming years.
Two months ago, Somizi introduced his new children’s clothing store on Instagram, much to the excitement of his fans. He certainly didn’t disappoint!
Customers who have purchased clothing from Somizi’s store have expressed their satisfaction by sharing videos of their children wearing the clothes on Somizi’s Instagram page.
You will be surprised that this new business, which started just two months ago, is doing well, with many customers buying and ordering clothes online.

Somizi gave us a tour of his store, introducing us to his clothing brand and revealing the prices of his items.
It’s absolutely true when they say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” because you might discover something really interesting.
Now, you might be wondering where I’m going with this. What I’m trying to say is that just because this is Somizi’s clothing store, it doesn’t mean his clothes are expensive.
I was amazed to see that the prices of the clothes start at just R200.
Somizi’s expansion plans for ‘Sompire Kids’
Sharing his vision for the store, Somizi disclosed that in five years, he envisions Sompire Kids having branches nationwide and expanding into other African countries.
Additionally, he mentioned plans to introduce Sompire Kids and Sompire clothing for parents next year.
He explained that many parents are interested in matching outfits with their children. Somizi also intends to explore accessories like hats, gloves, and handbags.
