WATCH: Residents “shower” by a burst pipe after not having water for 13 days
Residents were frustrated by the sight of this wasted water, others took the opportunity to take a "shower" after more than 2 weeks without water.

Southdale residents have been protesting over not having access to water for over 13 days. About two blocks away from the protesters at the south dale water deport, what looked like clean water started leaking from a burst pipe.
Most residents were frustrated by the sight of this wasted water, and others sarcastically rejoiced at the opportunity of having access to water after more than 2 weeks without it.
