The footage of the fatal collision in Norfolk, east of England was caught on a headcam fitted to the Holmes’s helmit. He was killed last year in June when he hit a car that turned in front of him.
The video clip which includes the collision also has a narrative with Holmes’ mother Brenda. She wanted to tell the story in the hopes that it would prevent another family from going through similar heartache by preventing these types of accidents.
The video forms part of a campaign to inform drivers of motorcyclists as well as warning those on two wheels to also be cautious.
Viewers are warned that this video contains content which some may find distressing, but it does not show any graphic images of the rider during or after the collision and they are given the option to refrain from viewing.
