The former hosts of BBC motoring show Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, are in South Africa to film the first episode of the trio’s new Amazon Motoring show, The Grand Tour, which is set to hit our TV screens weekly later this year.
Studio recordings of the new show began on Sunday in Johannesburg, with further filming to take place on location in the UK, US and Germany.
The first episode of the series was shot in Johannesburg at the weekend, with Clarkson revealing beforehand he was nervous about filming the show.
It seems filming for the first episode is over, with images online showing the trio in action.
Images have also emerged of May experiencing the car-spinning lifestyle with East Rand-based enthusiasts Team Bokkie Spinners.
It is unclear how long the trio will remain in the country.
