RAMfest 2014 boasts international talent

RAMfest 2014 presents Biffy Clyro (Scotland), Killswitch Engage (USA), Camo and Krooked (Austria) featuring Dynamite MC (UK), Foals (UK) and Trivium (USA) as part of an impressive line-up.

Biffy Clyro is a Scottish rock band comprising Simon Neil (guitar, lead vocals), James Johnston (bass, vocals) and Ben Johnston (drums, vocals). They have released six studio albums, three of which, Puzzle, Only Revolutions and Opposites reached the top five in the UK Albums Chart. They also claimed their first number one album in the UK Albums Chart with their sixth studio album, Opposites.

Killswitch Engage is an American metalcore band from Westfield, Massachusetts. They burst onto the scene with their genre-defining Alive or Just Breathing, notching a Grammy nomination in 2005 for the title track from The End of Heartache. The band has released six studio albums and one DVD.

Austrian duo Reinhard Rietsch and Markus Wagner, known as Camo & Krooked, have quickly become one of the hottest production outfits in Europe. Working together since 2007, the Viennese pair have created a whirl of dancefloor anthems and a fearsome reputation for their untouchable production skills.

Fresh from a career defining main stage slot at Reading & Leeds Festival, indie rockers Foals recently sold out London’s Alexandra Palace and Manchester Apollo in nine minutes. This accomplishment is testament to the bands’ growing reputation as one of the UK’s must-see acts. Trivium is a contemporary metal band from Orlando, Florida. Each of their albums – Ascendancy (2005), The Crusade (2006) and Shogun (2008) – garnered unanimous critical success. Ascendancy sold over half a million copies worldwide.
