More controversy for Die Antwoord
Die Antwoord has had their fair share of controversy and now, explosive claims have been made which allege that they have exploited other artists and their work.

Some of the claims have been made by members of The Glue Gang Boys, a hip-hop crew made up of Wanga Jack, Mzamo Mzi, Aviwe Dikiza and Chelvin Engelbrecht, from the Cape ganglands.
‘Waddy Jones shattered the boys’ lives,” says Cape Town farmer Andre Laubscher who offered a home to four boys.
Allegedly, the trouble started when Waddy, now known as Ninja started to visit. At the time he was known as Max Normal.TV and was dating Anri du Toit, today known as Yo-Landi reports City Press.
Jones used the boys to create Ninja, claims Laubscher. Engelbrecht, one of the original gang of four, would dance at Die Antwoord gigs and appear in their videos as Selwyn.
“(Jones) used to come here and talk to us, about our past, and where we come from. I’ve been to prison twice, and in prison you learn this language and there are these chappies (tattoos). And he was obviously looking for this kind of image for himself … When I saw him again, he was full of tattoos.” He says.
Another artist, Anton Duitsman says while he has received acknowledgement and writing credit from Jones for his work on Die Antwoord’s debut album ‘$O$’, he has never seen a cent in royalties.
“At first Waddy was full of promises, but when they shot to fame I never heard from them again,” he said.
City Press reports that questions sent to their agents and to Jones himself went unanswered.
