Lerato Kganyago’s fans are speculating that she could be adopting a child after the TV and radio personality shared some interesting tweets about adoption.
Lerato has been very open about the two miscarriages she suffered in previous years.
“I used to think that adoption was such an easy process! It is not!” she tweeted on Monday.

Many believed the tweet was confirmation that Lerato, who has suffered two miscarriages in the past, was planning to adopt. But Lerato was quick to quash the speculation.
“I didn’t say I was. We are just all having an insightful conversation,” she said when one of her followers asked if she was adopting.
Lerato used the interest in her adoption post to educate her followers about the matter.
“I really wish there was seminars about artificial insemination, adoption, in vitro fertilization, surrogacy etc!” she continued.
Lerato also cleared up a myth about adoption.
“And adoption is not a “white thing” guys!! Anyone can adopt. I know culturally some families might be against it … via tradition! But hey if your heart says do it, do it!”
