While reeling from the deaths of Bojo, Kady and Simba we were informed that businessman Prosper Mkwaiwa had also passed on. Prosper was married and had kids with actress Tina Jaxa, they divorced and he married singer  Tina Dlangwana whom he recorded a couple of songs with, the most recent being Ndizamela Wena from 2013.

Prosper had a rough time of it lately. After a shooting incident that involved his wife, he was in a car accident which he was recovering from. He reportedly complained of a high fever and died on his way to the clinic.

And  lastly there were rumours on social media about Roland Mqwebu, who played the character of Baba uMkhize in the SABC comedy Emzini Wezinsizwa, having passed on. Thankfully his daughter addressed the rumours and said they were false. Her father was in hospital but not dead.

We extend condolences to the Mqwebu family in the hopes that Roland Mqwebu gets better. We also express our deepest sympathies to the families of Mhere, Lehlake O’Bryan  and  Mkwaiwa.
