American Twitter went wild after Serena Williams made a video of herself trying to figure out a way to wash her wigs. In the video, Serena says: “I just don’t know how to clean my wigs and I don’t know how to style them. I just washed my wig and I want to comb it out,” as she uses her husband Alexis Ohanian as a wig-holder.
The video has since gone viral, with most branding Ohanian “husband of the year”, though he had a different explanation to his actions.
Responding to the messages on social media, Ohanian wrote: “LOL I was just on my phone replying to emails while my wife was using my head as a wig-holder. It’s just multi-tasking, folks, not husband-of-the-year material. Thanks for sending it viral tho.”

Ohanian has been praised on social media for being supportive of his wife, recently throwing shade at her “rival” Maria Sharapova at their US Open match by wearing a D.A.R.E. T-shirt. D.A.R.E is a program aimed at raising awareness on substance abuse.
