ICYMI: Here is everything we know about Jessica, Phindile’s ‘cash eating’ saga
The actresses made headlines last weekend when a video of them having lunch with 'thugs' surfaced online.

Twitter was less than impressed by Jessica Nkosi and Phindile Gwala having a lunch with a man who was notoriously seen sorting through money in a video from 2016. In that video a fidelity cash bag can be seen, leading many to speculate that the men sorting through the cash were alleged criminals.

Jessica’s PR company responded to the video saying that she was clearly uncomfortable and did not know the men. She had been invited to the lunch and was unaware that the men would be there. However, another story was published on Sunday, stating that Jessica was familiar with the man who is a popular ‘blesser’ and who goes by the name King.
King, according to the sources, is originally from Uganda and lives at the Michelangelo Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg. Those close to him claimed that he called himself “a member of the rich gang”. Sunday Sun also reports that, a source alleged this was not the first time Jessica was spotted with King.

Phindile meanwhile has kept quiet since the scandal broke. Police are investigating King and his friends.
