Nasty C offers R100k reward for return of his laptop
The rapper, who was the victim of a home invasion last week, says he's lost a year's worth of work.

After rapper Nasty C was tied up and held at gunpoint at his home in Joburg last week, it has emerged that the rapper has had a lot of the music he’d been working on for a year stolen in the process.
It had earlier been reported that laptops were among the items stolen during the robbery, which included a R488 000 Rolex watch, and a number of tablets and cellphones.
His record label, Mabala Noise, has issued a public plea for the return of the musician’s laptop. Spokesperson Sikhulile Nzuza said: “The reward has been set at R100 000, but it’s actually priceless because it contains the music he was working on.”
Nzuza told Daily Sun they’d had to wade through a lot of junk messages from people hoping to get the label to listen to their demos.
One of the morals of this story is make sure you always back up your data, peeps – preferably to the cloud.
The police have revealed they were able to trace one of the stolen cellphones to Tembisa in Ekurhuleni.
