The ceramics’ company’s work has appeared in jewellers’ Charles Craig stores but has now gone international. Translated the collection means walking in the Zambezi and the scarves feature vivid imagery of animals, plants and flowers depicting Southern Africa. The 36 X 36 inch 100% pure silk scarves which are priced at  $395 (R6500) are described on the Hermes site as a collective of Zulu, Zimbabwean and Sotho artisan potters, founded by Fée Halsted in 1985, in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa.
