Win tickets to see Bitches Be Back

Five readers stand the change of winning two tickets to see Bitches Be Back on Friday night (February 26).

Carnival City’s Big Top Arena will be filled with belly laughs on February 26 and 27 when an all girl cast of comedians takes to the stage for Bitches Be Back.

Stomping their way through traditionally male dominated terrain for the much anticipated sequel to the hit 2013 comedy show, Bitches, are Tumi Morake, Celeste Ntuli, Noko Moswete, Nina Hastie and explosive newcomer Tenjiwe Moseley.

“We are a largely female team, from the casting, PR, direction to performance. So, when we say ‘bitches’ we aren’t kidding,” says exec producer Taffia Keight.

“Sensitive people say that the term is derogatory. We feel that being a strong woman is not always a popular position but to make yourself heard in the world, sometimes you have to embrace the inner tiger rather than tame it.”

Of course, men are most welcome to watch the show.

Headliner Morake says: “This time they just need to sit down and listen. Let us tell them what the person next to them is thinking, because they seem to be struggling to understand that. So, bring your partner. Guys, let us make you look good, while we look even better.”
