(WATCH) Man ‘time travels’ for interview with younger self

A man 'time travels' to have a touching interview with his younger self.

A 56-year-old writer has made an ingenious edit of an interview where he fields questions from his younger self in a video had made three decades ago.

US writer Peter ‘Stoney’ Emshwiller made the video when he was 18 in 1977. In the video, his teenage self asks important life questions, such as if he is successful as he had hoped he would be.

The results are funny and touching as Emshwiller expresses disappointment to varying degrees, successes in his life – such as losing his virginity – and reflection on marriage and family life.

The clip (below) is a trailer for the full version in the works, Later That Same Life, and doubles as part of a campaign to attract funding for the project.
