Queen of WWE, Zelina Vega, joins ‘Street Fighter 6’
The Queen of WWE said it is a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join 'Street Fighter 6'.
Thea Trinidad – known professionally as WWE Superstar Zelina Vega – entered the ring to join Street Fighter 6 as an in-game commentator.
Trinidad said she was a long-time fan of the gaming franchise.

Her stage name was even inspired by a character from the game: Vega, a mask-wearing, clawed fighter who made his first appearance in 1991.
As the undisputed first-ever Queen of WWE, Zelinga Vega/Trinidad is known for her strength, style and vibrant personality.
Zelina Vega is a current WWE superstar and a gamer.
She also cosplayed as Juri at the recent WWE Royal Rumble Texas on 28 January.
Trinidad fondly recalls “epic matches” with her brother. She adds:
I would always beat him with my favourite character, Vega.
Vega said it was “surreal” to be part of the Street Fighter franchise, saying:
“I am honoured and thankful for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Following the event, Game One host Kayane commended the WWE superstar on the achievement, saying on Twitter that Zelina Vega is “squarely in the ring in cosplay”.
Kayane added: “Mamamamama, it’s perfect!”
Meanwhile, CapCom Germany commended Trinidad for a job well done.
The company thanked her for “lending her engaging personality and voice to the real-time commentary feature as co-commentator in Street Fighter 6“.

Street Fighter 6 commentators
As an in-game commentator in Street Fighter 6, Trinidad will narrate matches as they happen. She will also explain the game-play in easy-to-understand terms.
The roster lineup for Street Fighter 6 is as follows:

- Ryutaro ‘Aru’ Noda
- Kosuke Hiraiwa
- Steve ‘TastySteve’ Scott
A tag team of commentators includes Thea Trinidad, H.E. Demon Kakka, and James ‘jchensor’ Chen.
Street Fighter 6 will launch worldwide 2 June 2023 across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and the Xbox Series X and Series S.
