Mom spots ghost baby in her child’s crib
'The more I looked at it, the more I was thinking I was tricking myself into believing that it’s something,' said the mom.

An American mom named Maritza Cibuls recently found herself having to turn to parenting groups on Facebook for answers, after she kept seeing a ghost baby snuggled up against her son whenever she looked at the video feed on his baby monitor shortly after putting him to sleep.
This is because whenever she went to her 18-month-old son’s room to take a closer look at what she was seeing on the monitor, she couldn’t find anything wrong.
Fear for her son kept her awake and she then decided to share the photo with parenting groups on Facebook, asking “there must be some kind of logical explanation – but what is it?”
The Washington Post reports that her fears were only put to rest the next morning when she realized that what she was seeing was the mattress label.
“So last night I was positive there was a ghost baby in the bed with my son. I was so freaked out, I barely slept. I even tried creeping in there with a flashlight while my son was sleeping. Well, this morning I go to investigate a bit further. It turns out my husband just forgot to put the mattress protector on when he changed the sheets. I could kill him,” posted Cibuls on Facebook after realizing what had happened.

“I was so embarrassed. I mean, I was relieved, but I was so embarrassed that I was debating whether I should even update all the ladies from my mom group. The more I looked at it, the more I was thinking I was tricking myself into believing that it’s something,” Cibuls told The Washington Post.
She decided to update the Facebook group about her realisation and says that they all had a good laugh about it.
