“I’ve been cheated on, and unfortunately, I don’t know where to go because my husband was the love of my life. I don’t think I’ll ever love anybody the way I love him, so I’m stuck.
“I have three children that I love so much. I have tried everything, and I am still unhappy. I’m just saying to the young generation, they must not allow it to happen once or twice. With me, it has happened [over and over], and I have kind of allowed him because he never said sorry for all the wrongdoing.

“I relate to the previous caller, it’s like we have the same story because you can ask me again, what does it take to stay? You can ask me five years from now, and I don’t even know. It’s like the abuse blocks my mind, it’s like you have nowhere to go, you can’t do anything.
“I am a professional woman, I can provide for myself and my children, which I have been doing. The abuse was physical, financial, mental. I’ve been abused in all the ways, but I’m still here. Ask me why I’m still here, I don’t know.
“I’ve been to psychologists, and they’ve told me about an exit plan, but it’s like my mind is trapped. It’s not that you can’t do without the person, but it hurts so deeply and so much. It’s been happening for years.”
In response to whether her husband loved her, Palesa said he did not.
“I don’t think he loves me. He doesn’t have love, he cannot love anybody. It’s extramarital affairs, it’s extramarital children. I don’t even know how many which he provides for, but my children are raised on my own, and I am providing for them.”
When asked by the presenter if she loved her husband, Palesa responded that she wasn’t sure.
“I don’t know. It’s like you have arrested development of the mind. It’s like you are in a corner.”
