PICS: 10 beautiful Blue Flag beaches in SA

Summer is on its way, which means it's time to hit the beach.

Blue Flag seasons begins on November 1 and 44 beaches around South Africa will fly the Blue Flag this summer.

28 beaches in the Western Cape, nine in KwaZulu-Natal and seven in the Eastern Cape were awarded the ecolabel.

The Blue Flag is an international annual award given to beaches that meet high environmental standards of excellence.

Here is a list of 10 Blue Flag SA beaches that will leave you in awe (and hopefully provide some inspiration for your next holiday!).
