Having issues with sleeping? Try these natural easy home remedies that will have you sleeping like a baby.
1. Set a schedule
The National Sleep Foundation recommends that you stick to a regular bed routine. That means going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday.
2. Eat well to sleep well
Eat well-balanced meals throughout the day and make your breakfast the biggest meal.
3. Cut the caffeine
Caffeine can stay in your system for seven hours. If you have problems sleeping don’t consume caffeine in the noon.
4. Try yoga
This could be short meditation, cross legged bend or reclining twist yoga.
5. Pop some natural supplements
Sleeping pills come with a lot of baggage – try natural alternatives instead, like melatonin.
6. Eat cherries
Cherries are great for boosting your melatonin levels. When consumed regularly, they help regulate the body’s natural sleep cycle and increase sleep efficiency.
7. Put down that iPad

8. Embrace exercise
Always do some sorts of exercise even if its just taking a long walk every now and then.
9. Stay cool
Taking a shower or bath always helps every now and then. Staying cool and fresh always relaxes you.
