2010 Ormonde Private Cellar Ondine Semillon
Very pale. Almost sappy herbaceous aromas, wonderful weight intensity on the palate, faint thatchiness, pure and still evolving.

2013 Simonsig Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc
Green tinged flint straw. Delicately perfumed with Jasmine, Honeysuckle hints light cassis whiffs textured with some grippiness on the palate, ample evolution in reserve more floral than herbal, and well integrated.

2012 First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc
