Recipe: Tia Maria Cappuccino cocktail
The classic cappuccino with a boozy twist. Choose between salted caramel or cherry flavours.

Ingredients
25ml Tia Maria
25ml vodka
Shot of espresso
2 egg whites
Salted caramel/cherry syrup
Salted fudge/single cherry
Method
1. To make the foam, whisk together 100ml of salted caramel syrup, 200ml of water and 2 egg whites.
2. Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a shaker. Shake together and pour into a glass.
3. Top with your selected foam and garnish with salted fudge.
