Celebrate summer with this indulgent cocktail.


Ingredients

25ml white rum
25ml coconut rum
50ml premixed coconut cream
6 to 8 pineapple wedges

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with pineapple slices.
