How to make a Smoked salmon and avocado
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- 200g baby spinach leaves
- 300g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Dressing
Method
- Place sesame seeds into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Remove to a plate.
- To make dressing: Combine ingredients in a frying pan. Heat over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling.
- Arrange avocado and spinach on plates. Top with salmon. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with toasted seeds and serve.
