Creamy seafood pasta
Ingredients
1 packet of linguini, uncooked can substitute for spaghetti or fettuccine
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoon of olive oil
250 g of uncooked large shrimp peeled and deveined
250 g of bay scallops
3 tablespoon of chicken broth
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, freshly grated divided
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of dried basil
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped may add more to taste
