Ingredients
- 200g medium egg noodles
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g frozen mixed vegetables
- 6tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- ½tbsp cornflour
- 100ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 170g tinned crab, drained
- Frozen or chopped fresh coriander leaves, optional
Instructions

Bring a pan of water to the boil; cook noodles following pack instructions. Drain well; set aside.

Heat oil in a large wok until smoking. Add veg and stir-fry for 5min until piping hot.

I In a small bowl, stir together the sweet chilli sauce, soy, cornflour and stock. Add sauce to the wok; bubble for 1min, then toss through noodles, crab and coriander (if using). Check the seasoning; serve immediately.
