- Oil
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 500g boerewors
- 2 cups slaw mix
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot dog rolls
- 1 tin baked beans in chakalaka sauce
- Coriander for garnish
Method
- Fry the onions until golden and caramelised.
- Fry the boerewors.
- Warm the chakalaka baked beans.
- Mix the slaw and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the hot dog rolls and fill with slaw, onions, boerewors, and finally baked beans.
- Garnish with coriander.
