Ingredients
½ cup (125ml) extra virgin olive oil
50g mixed chillies, roughly chopped
Salt
Method
1. Gently heat olive oil in a small pot until just warm.
2. Remove from heat and add chillies and a pinch of salt.
3. Transfer to a sterilised jar or bottle.
