Ingredients
200g chicken, cooked and chopped
100g broccoli, cooked but still crispy (e.g. in a microwave), cut into small florets
20ml Parmesan cheese, grated
4 chives, chopped
150ml cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mustard, to taste
Optional
125g mushrooms, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
Method
Hot:
1. Preheat oven to 10°C.
2. Combine all the ingredients, put into a greased oven dish and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Spread a little bit of butter over the food when you remove it from the oven. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Serve with tossed salad.
Cold:
1. Combine all the ingredients and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
2. Garnish with finely grated cheese, a tomato wedge/cherry tomatoes and parsley.
