Full of protein and antioxidants, this almost-instant hummus is a real crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
1 punnet (185g) Love Beets
1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp tahini paste
Pinch of ground cumin
60ml olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
2. Serve with crudités, pita or corn chips, or a fresh garden salad.
