Recipe: Camembert, grape & ham skewers

Your guests will love these easy-to-make sosaties with a twist.


Ingredients

2 rounds of Camembert cheese, each cut into 8 wedges
1 ½cups of globe grapes
1 packet of cooked ham, (100g), torn in half lengthways
8 bamboo skewers
1 pinch of salt
1 drizzle of extra light olive oil
1 bunch of rocket, for serving

Method

1. Thread cheese, grapes and ham onto skewers.

2. Season and place on a platter.

3. Drizzle lightly with oil.

4. Garnish with rocket and serve.
