Ingredients
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ banana
- ½ teaspoon of chia seeds
- ½ cup milk
Method
- Add all the mango smoothie in ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Serve in 2 glasses.
Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango
- ½ cup milk
- 8 ice cubes optional
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

- 1 mango – peeled pit removed, and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 8 ice cubes optional
Method:
