How pumpkin is eaten around the world

Autumn is pumpkin-everything season in the US. But did you know cultures around the world use pumpkins in their cooking year-round?


In Armenia, the inside of the pumpkin is stuffed with boiled rice, dried fruit, nuts, and honey for a dish called Ghapama.
