You can use Russian Bear Vodka that retails for R130, or you can make a virgin version by simply leaving it out.
2 tots vodka
A few coffee beans
30ml light brown sugar
30ml boiling water
2 double espresso
1. Place coffee beans in a bottle of vodka and leave to infuse for an hour.
2. Place sugar and water in a small saucepan and place over low heat. Simmer until sugar has dissolved, then leave to cool.
3. Mix the espresso, vodka and brown sugar syrup together.
4. Fill tumblers with crushed ice and pour mixture over. Serve immediately.
