With a toasted marshmallow on top and a generous sprinkling of cookies, this cocktail is pure decadence.
Ingredients
200ml cream
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp cola tonic cordial
2 cups ice
2 -3 vanilla cookies
2 shots of vodka
Marshmallows, to garnish
Method
1. Pour cream into a blender. Add cocoa powder, cordial, vodka and ice.
2. Blend first at low speed then high speed until ice is finely crushed and slushy.
3. Crush vanilla cookies in a resealable bag with a rolling pin.
4. Rim two martini glasses with the cordial and crushed cookie crumbs.
5. Roast marshmallows over the braai/with a blow torch/or gas stove.
6. Pour the drink into two glasses.
7. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow, a dusting of cocoa and some cookie crumbs.
