Recipes: Lady in Red & Orange Sunset
Enjoy an endless summer with these delicious cocktails.

Lady in Red
Ingredients
50ml Beefeater 24
25ml Chardonnay
6.25ml lemon juice
25ml grapefruit juice
25ml grenadine
Method
1. In cocktail shaker add ingredients and shake well.
2. Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass topped with ice.
3. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
Orange Sunset
Ingredients
37.5ml Havana 7
15ml coconut liqueur
25ml orgeat syrup
25ml lemon juice
15ml orange juice
2 drops bitters
Method
1. Build the ingredients into a cognac balloon glass.
2. Add crushed ice and gently churn.
3. Garnish with orange and rosemary, and enjoy
