Increase fibre in your diet.

Eliminate any of the white stuff such as white bread, white sugar, pasta, rice.

Increase saturated fats in your diet – coconut oil, avocado.

“Your body needs saturated fats to produce hormones to get that good balance, so you really need to incorporate these foods into your diet,” says wellness advisor Kavisha Jega.

Limit caffeine, drink herbal tea instead.

Increase fibre.
