Beyonce has released a video showcasing the diet that she uses to get into top condition for big shows. In the video, Beyonce reveals how before she began her diet for Coachella she was weighing in at 80kgs.

The video takes viewers through the full 44 days of plant-based dieting before that historical show, from the moment she first steps onto the scale to her delight at fitting into the show’s costumes at the end.

Though she never tells us just what she weighs at the end, we do get an up-close and personal look at the rigorous diet and exercise routine it took to get her in shape for the show.

Early on in the video, Beyonce complains about her weight saying that her recent pregnancy has left her feeling like she is not in her own body.

‘I’m back on the stage after giving birth to twins,’ Beyoncé says, adding, “I was a woman who felt like my body was not mine … It’s time to work so I have to get in that zone. It’s like a different headspace”

“It’s a very big deal. I’m getting there, I’m coming back. She’s coming back,” Beyoncé says near the end.
