Daily hacks: Christmas nail designs to try this festive season

These nail design tutorials are super easy to follow, and can be recreated in minutes to achieve the perfect Christmas themed nails.

Red-nosed reindeer nails

The Lights Lacquer TikTok page has shared an adorable Christmas-themed reindeer nail design, which is super easy and can be done at home.

The lady starts off by painting a brown round circle onto her white painted nail.

She then paints on two antlers on each side of the reindeer’s head, before using black nail polish to dot the eyes of the reindeer, and then using red nail polish to paint on a small round red nose.

Christmas tree ornament design

The next Christmas-themed nail design tutorial is shared by Nails By Sky and are adorable ornaments used to decorate the Christmas tree.

She starts off with a nail that has been painted white and has been allowed to dry.

She then draws three round circles in three different places on the nail using black nail polish, before going over the circles with three different coloured glittery nail polishes.

She then draws lines from the top of each circle to the top of her nail to make it look like her glittery circles are hanging from the top of her nail.

Once she is done with that, she adds small squares at the top of each circle where the circle and the lines meet, and then fills the small squares in with a yellow glittery nail polish to finish off the ornament look.

Candy cane nail design

Nicola has shared a tutorial on how she achieves her candy cane nail design using plain red nail polish, red glittery nail polish, and white nail polish.

She starts off by painting her nail completely red with the plain red polish, and then covering her nail with the glittery red nail polish.

Once that has dried, she makes use of a fine nail brush to create thin diagonal lines using the white nail polish.

Once satisfied with the width of the white lines, she then paints over her nail with clear nail polish and lets it dry.
